Through his real-estate consulting business, he has also had the opportunity to provide counsel to developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, condominium associations, management companies and private businesses.

Josh received his Undergraduate Degree from Babson College in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies and has his Law Degree from Washington University.
