Some Quick Sales, Locally!

As we have transitioned from Winter into Spring, it has become quite clear that the market is taking a turn for the better.

Throughout February, everything was moving very slowly because there was such a low level of inventory. Yet, since the beginning of March that has all changed. While a healthy amount of inventory is essential to having a solid market, nothing is better than seeing your inventory sell quick!

During March, I have seen no less than five homes go under contract within a day of hitting the market!

Whilst driving some out-of-town clients around the city we noticed houses in Webster, U City and Kirkwood all go under contract after only 24 hours of being on the market. The same is true for Clayton and Ladue, where a house went under contract before I was able to even see it. Heartbreaking!

The takeaway from this is that, if your home is priced appropriately, it can sell extremely quickly. So if you are looking for a quick sale, now is an excellent time!
