Marketing
We market your property using traditional resources such as the local MLS listing system as well as a vast array of realty marketing sites.

Showing Coordination
We coordinate all showings with prospective tenants and provide feedback to you to make any adjustments to your listing.

Tenant Screening
We conduct credit reporting, criminal history and tenant eviction background checks on each and every applicant. We collaborate with you to determine the best course of action.

Municipality Inspections
We schedule and coordinate all inspections to ensure your home is code compliant. If there are code infractions, we facilitate the necessary repairs and schedule the re-inspection.

Move In
We meet and conduct a move-in inspection with the tenant in order to document the condition of the property prior to tenant occupancy. This will be utilized when conducting the move-out inspection at lease expiration.

We were so pleased with the way Upper End Properties conducted their business with us in securing a rental home for our big move to St. Louis from Texas. Things you normally don\'t see in a rental home were present: rolled hoses in a cart on both sides of the house, extra light bulbs in a cabinet, two brand-new ice scrapers in the garage, a well-mainained yard (both front and back!), and supreme cleanliness.
